Fluent in English, Haitian Creole, and French, she builds strong connections with families and fosters an inclusive environment where every child feels valued. As Co-Director, she is dedicated to collaboration, community, and creating nurturing spaces where children and families grow together.

With over 20 years in early childhood education, Kimberly leads Andorinha’s Early Learning Center with compassion and expertise. A dedicated advocate for inclusion and neurodiversity, she blends professional experience with her perspective as a mother to create a nurturing, empowering environment for every child.
